What are your standard delivery options?
We offer Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 8pm Monday to Friday. International shipping is also available to select countries.
How do I return an item?
You can return any unworn items within 28 days of receipt. Returns can be made via our online portal using a local drop-off point or by visiting one of our standalone boutiques.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our courier partner so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later convenience.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Therefore, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. You may return the items for a full refund once received.
